  I have been a patient of this medical practice for many years. Their new facility is awesome and the medical staff are very competent in their chosen specialty. I would highly recommend this group if you are searching for a new medical practice.

  The PA Kelly V. began her dialogue with me by first telling me I shouldn't be there if she wasn't my primary....as there would be billing issues. After she resolved that, and she found out she'd be paid, she had an real curt attitude and no bedside manner whatsoever. She refused to listen to what the patient knew and needed and gave me a lecture on antibiotic abuse. She told me she was not there to help me nor listen to my needs but to follow good practice and no one was going to come in here and tell her what they needed.The worse part of the visit was how indignant and nasty she was. I found the receptionist and nurse very nice but stay away from Miss Kelly V. PA. She definitely has some big self esteem issues as God forbid someone should tell her what they needed. She agreed my visit was a total waste of my time and hers. The difference is, I'm still suffering and she'll submit the bill for labs and an office visit.

  Horrible place. Doesn't even deserve one star. I was a longtime patient here. Since I was a teen, I saw CCP. My doctor left to practice and I saw a new doctor. Yet I HAD to switch. I became very sick with a chronic illness (over 3 years now.) My healthy life drastically changed. It got to the point where my blood pressure would skyrocket & I left in tears multiple times. Doctor would rush & talk down to me while feeling ghastly. After a blood panel (not a full panel) & no discussion of panel, I asked about seeing a specialist. I was refused referral with anger coming from the doctor. I sought specialist anyways and have been hospitalized multiple times. After a decade, I made a decision to move to another practice. I am realizing that my experience at community care lowered my standards and trust. I became nervous when I had to see any doctor. When a longtime patient sees an office because of an adrupt health change, stress shouldn't become compounded because of a doctors behavior or decisions. Also? That panel? Numbers were odd and no one said anything. I LOVE my new practice. I leave with smile on my face regardless of how sick I feel. I feel better just knowing my doctor takes his time reviewing things with me. He also orders tests plus additional testing to rule out concerns. I never feel guilty for having an illness. I am treated like a human and not a condition. Oh? My blood pressure? PERFECT!
